The Senior Audit Associate’s position involves overseeing the audit team while providing outstanding client service. The position will be responsible for handling multiple engagements, special projects, and comprehensive review of audit work papers and financial statements. This position requires very strong accounting / auditing skills and a strong desire to succeed and to provide outstanding client service. A hunger to improve technically and be a thought leader are critical. Oral and written communication skills are a must. Basic Requirements for the Senior Audit Associate: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA preferred 3-7 years of public accounting experience Preferred Characteristics / Experience: Ability to produce high quality work Attention to detail Ability to mentor staff Demonstrates a high level of client service Demonstrates a high level of professionalism Strong communication skills Strong work ethic
