Principal Solutions Architect

Pay up to $160,000/year

Minneapolis

Looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to join an enterprise architecture team.

In this role you will partner with IT, Operations and Business Stakeholders to lead development of end to end technical solution architecture for high complexity and high risk IT initiatives.

You will be creating the solution, rationalizing the solution, presenting and communicating the solution and guiding the delivery teams on implementation of that solution.

You will be responsible to partner across multiple functional teams including data, security, infrastructure and development to ensure all aspects of the solution architecture are captured, defined and communicated.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering

10 years of experience within IT

5 years experience doing solution architecture on large scale projects ($1-20 million)

Experience across a variety of tech and design approaches ( J2EE, .NET, Cloud, Mid Range, Vendor packaged or hosted solutions, multi technology platform applications, human or document workflow, SOA, data analytics, security, etc.)

Experience within the financial industry or experience with securities brokerage

Experience designing and implementing cloud based architectural solutions

Experience with mobile technology design and development

Experience with big data analytics

Experience with designing transactional systems
