Job Title: Client Data Analyst Duties: The Data Service Integration team is a team of specialists at our client whose mission is to provide sustainable data solutions for internal and external clients, function as a gateway to the other teams within Data Services, connect teams to solve cross-functional data problems, and provide project leadership and in-depth analysis for key BDS inititatives. - Maintain, cleanse and update records within the Client Relationship Management systems utilized by the Retail and Institutional Sales channels as part of the Client Master Data initiative. - Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in large and complex datasets. - Coordinate large-scale data review and clean-up effort with Sales and Operations teams. - Collaborate with other Client Data team members globally to ensure all data work is completed accurately and within agreed timeframe. - Track progress and provide updates to the project leads to ensure work can be measured and metrics tracked. Skills: - Related experiend in data management and data analysis. - Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. - Self-motivated worker who has a strong focus on servie and ability to liaise with many groups across the company. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in excel. - SQL experience a plus.
