Accounts Payable Project

Dallas, TX

We are searching for multiple Accounts Payable specialist for a long-term project in Downtown. Hiring quickly reach out today!

Responsibilities

Full-cycle accounts payable, perform invoice entry into ERP system

Complete 3-way match, identify and match purchase orders or contract details

Flag questionable information and ensure corrections are processed

Assist with check runs and payment cycles

Identify and obtain credits from vendors to ensure proper coding

Post invoices for payment in a timely manner

Verification and reconciliation of vendor statements

Work in a fast-paced, team environment

Requirements

3-4+ years within Accounts Payable

Associates degree preferred

Experience with shared services environment highly preferred

Intermediate Excel (vLookups and Pivot Tables)

Major ERP system, Lawson preferred

Fast-paced, team player who learns quickly
