Job Description

Infinity Consulting Solutions (ICS) is currently seeking talented iOS or Android Developers for multiple contract-to-hire opportunities with one of our clients in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Required Technical Capabilities and Skills:

Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages: Mobile Application Development, IOS

Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement

Experience with all phases of the development life cycle

5+ years’ experience developing mobile applications using Objective C, Java or C#

Created 1 or more applications available in Apple’s IOS Market

Experience with GIT source control management.

Experience consuming SOAP web services

Advanced communication skills with the ability to clarify application requirements via phone/email with business partners in addition to relying on technical requirements
documentation

Responsibilities:

Complete development assignments on time with an appropriate level of quality to support project efforts.

Participate in a digital technology project from concept to implementation, and through all phases of the software development lifecycle

Create work estimates based on technology concepts and requirements documentation.

Support project releases.

Requirements:

2+ years experience designing and implementing web applications

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Degree in Computer Science or related degree from an accredited university or four years equivalent development experience.

Qualifications:

2+ years of combined software/application development experience in Java/Android Studio development.

Created an application that is available in Google Play/Amazon App store(s).

Experience in developing, deploying, and/or supporting an enterprise size solution

Experience with all phases of the development life cycle

Familiarity with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning

Enthusiasm for automated testing

Experience with unit testing frameworks

Experience with source control management
