Salesforce Lead Solution Architect
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality solutions to meet business initiatives in the design, implementation, improvement and support of Salesforce centered projects
Increase system capabilities to be offered to the business within a global template
Test, construct, configure, analyze and deploy system functionalities around the Salesforce suite to align marketing & sales solutions
Implement scalable processes and techniques for on-going effectiveness of salesforce platform and systems
Lead and train other salesforce developers and analysts in advancing their skills in Salesforce and future offerings
Develop and provide strategic direction and expertise in the digital space driving organization transformation
Collaborate with architects and analysts to develop programs and systems necessary for the group. that function as intended.
Work with third party vendors and partners on new products and solutions
Prioritize projects and educate team on CRM solution expertise
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science , MIS, Engineering or related field experience
In-depth experience with integrating Salesforce in a multi-tier complex ERP in SAP and JDA environment
8+ years of design and development experience with Salesforce applications deployed in complex multi-tiered technical environments.
5+ years of experience with Salesforce customer service function and marketing automation technologies
Expert ability to evaluate technical solutions, issues, and determine root cause, while
effectively communicating tradeoffs & decision points
Excellent understanding of sales operation of B2B and B2C model
Strong experience around cloud hosting and cloud-based applications and using Agile and source code control applications.
Experience writing & maintaining technical designs, functional designs, and integration documentation
Strong understanding in mobile applications and enablement
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to own projects and successful complete tasks throughout system lifecycle
