Desktop Support Technician
6+ Month Contract
Eagan, MN
Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
Experience Needed:
Printing Production experience, IT background, Help Desk experience, User Support, PC Support
Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree
1-2 years of professional experience required.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and internet directory services software.
