6+ month contract-to-hire
Mid-sized, geographically dispersed direct client is looking to add a IT Support Technician that can grow within their IT organization! This resource will have ample opportunity to get hands on with new technologies and project work in the future.
Client has 2800 internal employees across the USA
130 + Regional Offices
WFH Employees
375 employees here in local Corp HQ
Experience with phone-based IT Support / IT Help Desk
Experience with permissions, security, Active Directory, add/delete users, etc.
Passionate to grow within IT!
Must have excellent communication skills, aptitude to learn, "go-getter” personality, willing to take on responsibility and learn on the fly if needed!
ServiceNow experience is ideal
Deskside support, remote – in support, phone support experience is ideal
