UI/UX DEVELOPER

Hickory, NC - Omaha, NE - Joilet, IL - Westchester, IL

Base + Bonus

We are hiring for a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Developer with a technical focus to create a great user experience.

The UI Developer should make web and mobile apps simple, fun and easy to interact with.

The UI Developer must have analytical thought processes alongside robust designs, with a focus on the technical aspects to deliver the user with a positive experience.

This position can be located in Hickory, NC, Joliet, IL, Westchester, IL or Omaha, NE.

What You'll Do:

Design and build applications for Mobile and Web platform

Integrate front-end applications with the application business layer

Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

Create mock-ups, wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces

Ensure design consistency with the development standards and guidelines

Communicate project status / progress / reports to product owners and stakeholders

Seek feedback from technical and business users

Skills/Experience You'll Need:

Bachelor degree in related curriculum such as Information Systems, MIS, etc

Highly proficient in HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery and AngularJS

3+ years experience development experience designing and building UI's on .NET server
platform in team environment

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT

Familiar with Agile and DevOps development process (VSTS)

Understand the differences and development needs multiple browsers and device types

Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

Quick learner, motivated self-starter, team player

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
