We are currently searching for a Finance Manager for a $100m company located in the Boca Raton, FL area. This is an opportunity to join a well-established organization that is experiencing a very exciting growth period. This role will be working closely with the VP-Finance to deliver analysis and data. The Finance Manager will be the sole person in the Finance group and will handle all facets of finance. This person will be supporting the overall finance strategy and goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred 5+ years’ experience Financial Planning and Analysis Strong leadership skills required Experience in retail preferred Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity Experience in consumer products market HR@ICS
