Job Description
Senior Manager - Information Security
Responsibilities:
Manage the Information Security personnel, applications, systems, and processes
Manage relationships with engineering, operations management, and individual contributors
Lead projects to implement new Information Security technologies
Utilize industry-standard security best practices and policies to manage Information Security tools and systems
Ensure compliance with established security incident reporting procedures
Capability to serve as a security resource to all levels including executive management
Responsible for interfacing on a regular basis with all other IT departments
Qualifications:
2+ years management experience
5+ years Information Security experience
Well versed in security architecture and controls
Experience with various open source and commercial security tools
Demonstrated experience with enterprise logging products (Splunk, ELK) and SIEM integrations
Demonstrated experience with enterprise security tools such as IDS (host and network), malware detection, forensic, and behavioral analysis
Experience with vulnerability scanning with vendors such as Qualys, Rapid7, or Tenable
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage competing work assignments in a time sensitive environment
Ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment
CISSP or CCSP preferred
