Infrastructure Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide Windows Server and network level management and support directly to all global offices. ETP's infrastructure is a mix of 90% AWS and 10% on premise legacy

• Monitor the performance of the firm's network to ensure it is operating within predefined limits and to ensure continuity of service for all offices

•Monitor security indicators across the firm's network to ensure perimeter, website, and internal security is not compromised or negated

•Regularly review the various electronic systems logs being generated across the firm (SEIM)

•Monitor all procedures and processes for which SOX 404 controls are in place to ensure such controls are fully operational and adhered to always (where applicable)

•Monitor the infrastructure capacity and performance of application systems;

•Monitor and maintain the security infrastructure of the firm wide locations;

•Monitor and maintain the network and its performance across the firm's IPSec VPN network

•Verification and implementation of Sarbanes Oxley processes and procedures – continuous audit

•Desktop, server, and network support for all firm wide offices. Note, that some work is remote sites is required on an as-needed basis

The candidate will need to demonstrate a strong skill set and technical acumen. All interviews are subject to a written technical test with a minimum pass mark.

Systems Knowledge (Essential):

Windows Server 2012 – 2016

Windows 7 - 10

Cisco Catalyst Switches

Fortinet Firewalls

Amazon Web Services - VPC, EBS, RDS, IAM, etc

Strong working knowledge of the Windows ecosystem, and networks at various layers (physical, virtual, switches, IPVPN, Firewall, etc)

Systems Knowledge (Desirable):

Cisco Unified Call Manager

Juniper Routers

Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley 404 controls

ISO27001 / NIST Cyber Security Frameworks

Information Security / penetration testing and aligned security frameworks
