IT Service Desk – 1 to 2 years exp.

San Francisco, CA – Salesforce Tower

$50,000 base salary

Large, professional, global organization is looking for an IT Support / IT Service Desk Rep to join a small IT Ops team and support 500 employees ( Executive Level, Sales, Digital / Innovation, Shared Services, etc. ).

We are looking for 1-3 years of professional / Corporation Support experience

Must be able to support Mac and PC, deskside support, utilize ServiceNow for tickets/knowledge, Active Directory, troubleshooting enterprise applications, password resets, etc.

This team will support ALL technical functions within the office: PCs, laptops, mobile devices, Audio/Video, video conferencing, printers, deployments, HW/SW Support, asset management, etc.

Must have 1-3 years of professional Help Desk, IT Service Desk experience within corporation

Must have a mix of Mac and PC Support experience

Take ownership from start to finish of the investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware and software problems on computer systems and other supported hardware (mobile devices, phones, voicemail, projectors, etc.)

Use Active Directory to create and manage user accounts and set permissions

Level 1 support duties/responsibilities: Password resets, provisioning, etc.

Bachelor's degree, Associates degree or equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience
