Job Description
Systems Engineer- SCCM
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems.
Thorough understanding of all system components and of program products assigned to support.
Knowledge of system parameters to control, configure and install various systems.
Experience/Understanding of SMS/SCCM application packaging and software update deployment
Experience/Understanding of PowerShell scripting
Experience/Understanding of Group Policy
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows workstations, including Windows 7, 10, or 2016 (Citrix)
Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, including role-based administration, monitoring of site health, building or capturing Windows images, and task sequencing
Knowledge of mass changes of Windows workstation through SCCM or other technologies
Experience with Dell/Microsoft hardware
Experience with deploying, configuring, and managing enterprise configuration and application management solutions using Microsoft SCCM
Experience with developing deployment, configuration, and reporting solutions using
Microsoft PowerShell
In-depth knowledge of software installation aids.
Ability to navigate change management.
Strong communication skills
