IT Business Analyst 1+ year contract St. Paul, MN Established governmental organization is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to take the business process documents within each of the eleven business units and convert them into testable business requirements. Ideal candidate will have a good understanding and experience in project management as it relates to Work Breakdown Structures, project schedules, and time tracking. 5+ years of experience within a Business Analyst role, lead BA experience is preferred Experience with Agile development projects IIBA certification or equivalent preferred Experience decomposing high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements Experience facilitating the delivery team to ensure roadblocks are raised and addressed; progress is reported daily; and the team works collaboratively in delivering business value. Experience facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
