SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

Prepare and reconcile accounts within various areas of accounting. These areas may include accruals, receivables, intangibles, payables, prepaids, allowances, reserves and other areas.

Assist with maintaining and updating financial consolidation and reporting system.

Assist in month end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes and in preparing schedules for corporate 10-K reporting

Develop, implement and standardize accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes and works as a team with other accountants and cross functional teams

Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives

Other ad-hoc requests

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

CPA required

3+ years of experience

ERP system experience (Oracle or HFM)

Manufacturing experience

Self-starter; team oriented and strong interpersonal communication skills
