Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and proper accounting for legal reorganizations within the corporation, and coordination of the same between various operating, segment and corporate holding companies.

Lead accounting for dispositions with support from operating companies and segments.

Assist SEC Reporting group on filing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and carve out financials.

Work closely with the Tax Department to ensure proper accounting and reporting of the corporation's overall Effective Tax Rate (ETR) and Current & Deferred Tax Liabilities.

Responsible for reviewing International Holding Companies` financial results

Lead monthly internal reporting and circulate reports to executive management team.

Support the Corporate Controllership with monthly consolidations, close and reporting activities, research and investigation of data discrepancies, and understanding system processes.

Perform self-assessments to support the Company's Internal Controls and Sarbanes Oxley processes

Overseeing the accounting for intercompany transactions, eliminations and foreign currency translations.

Analyze financial results in relation to current business trends to ensure appropriate reporting to Executive Management.

Work closely with the Holding Companies to ensure proper accounting for acquisitions and dispositions based on prepared workbooks

Ad hoc reporting as requested.

One direct report

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required

Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting

CPA and MBA preferred

Publicly held industry experience preferred

Audit experience a plus

Excellet communication skills
