FULLSTACK .NET DEVELOPER

San Antonio/New Braunfels

Direct Hire - Base + Bonus

We are hiring a .NET Developer to join our client's growing HRIS team! This is a direct hire position with a cell phone allowance and bonus eligibility! The .NET Developer should have a true passion for writing code and a desire to work on high-profile business projects.

What You'll Do:

Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

Design and develop data-intensive, web-based applications supporting multiple projects using the Microsoft .NET framework and SQL Server.

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues

Perform software development activities including systems design, development, documentation, testing and integration.

Support all phases of life-cycle software implementation and application development.

Actively participate in agile/scrum software development activities.

Skills/Experience You'll Need:

5+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on full life-cycle systems development

5+ years of experience in application database design and development

Understanding of various design and architecture patterns such as Layered and MVC.

Deep understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and web services (REST, SOAP, and WCF)

5+ years full stack, object oriented application development or equivalent education/experience

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and well-versed in C# syntax.

5+ years developing MVC and Web API applications

Ability to clearly communicate complex technical designs and solutions in clear, concise and easily readable format by both technical and non-technical personnel

Experienced in writing JavaScript and using supported libraries such as jQuery and Ajax.

Experience working with HTML5 and canvas element; specifically drawing and rendering.

Experience creating cascading style sheets (CSS) and using CSS frameworks such as
Bootstrap.

Must have experiencing creating unit tests and be able to explain why they are needed.

Experience using Entity Framework or equivalent ORM.
