Job Description
Infinity Consulting Solutions (ICS) is currently seeking a talented Junior-Level Full Stack Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients in the Columbus, Ohio area.
Description:
Proficient in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure application development skills for more than one technology. Proficient in Full Stack Development.
Working proficiency in Full Stack development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve Software.
Demonstrates understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common Frameworks.
Demonstrates understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security.
Working proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages.
Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of Software
Required Skills / Experience:
” 5+ years’ experience in the web development/design field
” Experience working with web-based forms processing for information gathering
” 3+ years’ experience working with content management systems
” 5+ years’ experience in HTML and CSS
” 2+ years’ experience using Bootstrap 3
” Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
” Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
” 1 year minimum experience with HTML email
” 1 year + experience with JavaScript/jQuery
” Experience developing responsive/adaptive websites for mobile
” Strong organizational skills
” Proven track record as a team player
” Strong computer skills with Windows and MS Office
” Professional attitude
” Experience working with Photoshop and WebStorm or Dreamweaver
” Experience working with code repository such as GIT
” Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant extensive experience will be considered
” Previous experience in Financial Services or Corporate environment preferred but not required
Additional skills a PLUS but not required:
” Experience with Metron (or other events focused applications)
” XML
” Microsoft Access
” CSS Pre-Processors (SASS and LESS)
