Job Description

The recruiting coordinator is the operational and administrative expert core to our team.
Candidates will point to historical and differentiated success driving operational processes in a high-volume, fast-moving and intense environment.

As a steward of our brand, this member of our team is responsible for ensuring a well-organized recruiting experience for internal clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates. Always be in command of current status and disposition, proactively unlock bottlenecks in the process, advocate for best-in-class ways of working (talent acquisition funnel) and ensure timely handling and responsiveness to candidates and clients.

Interface with candidates and internal business partners with respect to all scheduling activity globally. Engage innovative techniques and/or technology solutions that streamline and scale this fundamental aspect of the role.

Manage logistics for on-site interviews, including who will meet and greet candidates and meeting rooms, manage complex interview schedules and make appropriate scheduling changes as needed on the fly.

Maintain and track recruiting activity in our applicant tracking system, including resumes, candidate information, interview schedules, interviewer scorecards, approvals, offers and declines. Ensure integrity of data and that it is audit-ready.

Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for candidates.

Process candidate expense forms.

Assist CHRO and Lead Recruiter with administrative tasks, including travel and expenses.

Key Criteria

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 2 years working in a professional environment, preferably in recruiting and HR.

Demonstrated success leveraging deep analytical skills and approach, inclusive of technology and tools that enable efficient scale. This aspect of requirements must be demonstrable for all candidates.

Innovative and creative thinker who sees the possibilities and properly assesses and manages limitations.

Strong problem-solving skills and process orientation. Proven decision-making skills.

Tech savvy, power user of Google suite, including Excel/Sheets, and Greenhouse.

Poise, professionalism and confidence.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated resourcefulness, flexibility and ability to adapt.

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

Self-motivated, with a strong client service orientation and sense of urgency.
