Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
$120,000 - $130,000/year
Eden Prairie, MN
Position Overview:
Develop testing strategies to effectively and efficiently test new capabilities
Identify and ensure appropriate test coverage for cross platform dependencies
Identify and maintain visibility of project and cross platform risks
Address progress questions on the fly and communicate effectively with all levels across the organization
Subject matter expert on multiple product platforms and perform advanced testing in those areas
Partner with Software Engineers in Test (SET) and technical resources to implement automation according to effort and ROI
Provide Quality Assurance expertise and ensure adherence to Quality Assurance processes and standards
Ensure high performance of all QA project team members, address concerns as they arise
Position Requirements:
8+ years of professional Quality Assurance Analyst/Engineer experience
8+ years of experience building test plans and managing test scope for integrated systems
across multiple teams
Prior experience identifying and ensuring appropriate test coverage for cross platform
dependencies and maintain visibility of project and cross platform risks
Prior experience leading, and mentor (formally and informally) team members both inside and outside of the Quality Assurance team
Experience working within an agile/scrum team.
Experience with test case management tools
Experience with test automation tools is preferred
Experience with embedded software testing (preferred, but not required)
Knowledge of web and mobile device technologies (preferred, but not required)
