MS Dynamics CRM – Systems Analyst

$90,000 - $110,000 DOQ
Our direct and long-term client is looking for a hands on and experienced MS Dynamics CRM Administrator type.
2+ years of proven and recent professional expertise using MS Dynamics on a daily basis
Configuration of applications
Understanding of how the business uses the applications ( Sales, presales, etc. )
Troubleshooting and training -Data migration and mapping -CRM support and customization of reports
Help with the gathering of requirement for the upgrades and integrations
SQL skills
MS Dynamics Certifications are a plus – Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications
Guide business customers through business case development for Dynamics CRM
applications/functionality, including benefit analysis and risk impact analysis
Focused on continuous improvement both the business process and the underlying technologies and system support.
Supported, tested, and enhanced moderately complex information systems (both Dynamics CRM and Custom build) and developed adequate error management functionality within assigned applications
