Job Description

ICS has an exciting opportunity for an Enrollment Analyst role in Quincy, MA! This role will be responsible for day to day oversight of numerous enrollment related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical acumen and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues, process large amounts of data correctly within service standards, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversight and remediation of issues related to automated data processing

• Cross platform reconciliation of data with clients as well as internal and external business partners

• Manipulate and load data files into enrollment database

• Perform data entry using the company's enrollment database

• Monitor and remediate any data errors or processing issues

• Engage in root cause analysis of data or process issues and recommend solutions

• Download and process enrollment and other related data from internal and external ftp sites

• Process online and paper forms and applications

• Contact students and/or clients to collect or verify information

• Work closely with Manager of EDI to manage and prioritize department workload

• Respond to internal and external inquiries within service standards

• Acts as resource regarding product eligibility requirements and enrollment protocol

• Review and update internal process documentation

• Responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data

• Manage relationships with internal and external business partners

• Identify opportunities to leverage data to strengthen the service delivery model

• Act as resource for team members and internal / external business partners

• Research complex, high profile issues, and present findings to senior leadership

• Act as mentor to staff and work closely with Manager of EDI to determine training needs and assist with training implementation

• Follow HIPAA compliance rules by Verifying & Safeguarding private information

• Create and provide project plans and status reports to peers and senior management team

• Performs other job-related duties as dictated by business needs



Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor degree

• 2 or more years of work experience in an office setting preferred

• Strong analytic ability

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks

• Excellent written, verbal & telephone skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
