Job Description
A Global Financial firm is seeking to add a Corporate Services Administrator & Travel Manager to their growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Reports to Corporate Services Manager and assists with the day-to-day management of our portfolio of vendors in Travel (Hotels, Airlines, Rail, and Ground Transportation), Records Management, Office Supplies, and Pantries
• Develop strong relationships with internal business partners and third-party vendors
• Schedule and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews of service providers
• Create and analyze period and ad hoc reports
• Work with internal business partners to identify opportunities to enhance services received
• Conduct monthly training sessions for new hires to educate them on the Travel program
• Create and distribute quarterly travel reports to senior managers across the Firm
• Co-Manage issuance and evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from service providers
• Monitor and troubleshoot various issues
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2-5 years of Corporate Services related experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and collaborate with at all levels of management, as well as outside vendors and clients
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
• Must be detailed oriented and able to manage competing priorities
• Located in New York, NY or Frisco, TX office
