Job Description - Security Architect
Role

Introduce improvements in security design of DIGITAL PLATFORM to mature security practices and security architecture within the core platform and integrated services.

Establish common repeatable security standards and approaches which can be reused across the platform to reduce disparities and improve security.

Contribute to the DIGITAL PLATFORM project roadmap.

Guide technical security requirements for segmentation of and protection between components and services.

Identify and minimize threat landscape across the digital platform and services.

Define and map the security framework of each Architecture component, service and inter-service communication.

Establish API security requirements and guide implementation across DIGITAL PLATFORM.

Identify security requirements for user stories of existing and new digital products.
Qualifications

5+ years security architecture experience.

Experience with securing microservices, foundational digital platforms, and/or content management platforms.

Experience in application security, e.g. OAuth, multi-factor authentication, TLS, securing hybrid native and web apps in mobile platforms.

An extensive working experience and advanced knowledge for Authentication, Authorization and Identity Management application domains.

Working understanding of encryption protocols to protect data in transit, in memory and at rest; experience with implementing secrets (api, key, password) management.

An ability to provide solutions to common web application vulnerabilities i.e. sql injection, cross site scripting, web cookie security, session management, etc.

Working knowledge of agile dev methodology
