THE POSITION:
ICS is working with a client who utilizes technology to support companies within surety, commercial, and personal lines insurance business. They are looking for a full stack .NET Developer to join their fast-growing team! This person will be working on a suite of CRM applications that vary across all the different insurance properties and responsibilities will consist of support, maintenance, and new development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a .NET environment and comfortable with moving from front end to back end development as needed. This is a Contract to Hire position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshooting and maintenance programming. These activities will require occasionally being assigned to the maintenance team to help analyze, monitor, and design and implement solutions to issues that may come up and or small change requests that are not considered long tail initiatives.
Work on a team to help design, implement, test, and deliver new application features and or integrations.
Some projects will be managed using scrum and others will be waterfall.
Manage and update all assigned tasks, provide requested status updates, and attend all mandatory meetings and or daily scrum sessions.
Requirements:
4 - 8 years of solid technical experience; insurance background preferred
4+ years of experience in .NET Framework—C#, JavaScript, Angular, SQL
1+ years of experience with Angular
Insurance industry experience is a plus
