Job Description

Our client is looking for someone to support their General Administration team, primarily with the Inside Sales and Customer support teams.

Your Role

You will provide customer support and administrative support to the inside sales team and office management.

You will report directly to the General Manager but work extensively with the administrative team, including Inside Sales, Customer Support, Trade Show support, and general office administration.

Providing consistent support via email, phone calls, and meetings to support the Inside Sales team.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining timely and professional correspondence for a variety of email accounts.

Must Follow up and communicate to management as questions arise.

Answer phone and provide customer service support.

Maintain supplies in office and kitchen. Daily clean up and replenishment of supplies.

Support Inside Sales with coordinating trade shows by being the liaison between HQ's, booth builders, show site coordinators; set up hotel accommodation; prepare power point playbook; ship and receive supplies for the tradeshows.

Supporting management with special projects; capturing weekly meeting notes, ordering lunch, ordering office supplies. Sharing responsibility for housekeeping in the office.

Support Inside Sales with CRM support adding accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, and NDA. Processing of sample order request and quotations.

Other duties and projects to be expected as companies needs grow and/or change.

Your Qualification and Skills

Honesty, Integrity, strong work ethics

Completes tasks on time, and accurately (pays attention to details)

Works well in a team environment, with open communication, collaboration, and honest feedback for improvements

Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel

Ability to type 40 WPM minimum

Experience in CRM software a plus

Fast, efficient, and strong multi-tasking skills

Understands how to set and maintain priorities

Efficient with technology and computers

Learns quickly but also can learn on their own, self-sufficient

Driven, goal oriented, completes tasks to best of ability
