Infinity Consulting Solutions (ICS) is currently seeking a talented UI Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients in the Chicago area.

Description:

Expert in Angular JS and design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers). Is multi-skilled with expertise across software

development lifecycle and toolset. May be recognized as a leader in Agile and

cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks. Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill. Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency,

security. Stays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business.

Required Skills / Experience:

” 3+ or more years of experience with web UI development frameworks, with a preference for Angular

” 5+ or more years of experience in software development

” Experience creating UI mockups and working with business partners to define user interfaces

” Automated testing, using tools such as Cucumber, FitNesse, or Selenium

” Agile experience (e.g. Scrum, RUP, Kanban)

” Excellent critical thinking & troubleshooting skills, ability to find and solve root causes of problems amid "noise "

” Must be comfortable and eager to perform tasks in all phases of the software lifecycle (e.g., requirements analysis, design/development/test)

” Experience with Junit and other testing libraries, Git and Jira

Additional Experience:

” Experience with microservices solutions, REST, Spring and Spring Boot/Cloud

” Java/J2EE development experience

” Object-Oriented design experience using common software design patterns
