Job Description
Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
Help support the implementation and maintain high availability, network infrastructure
Troubleshoot network and network related issues, provide route/switching support in production networks
Assist with design, final configuration, & support network solutions for traditional and automated network infrastructure
Collaborate with lead architect and project manager on successful implementations or rollouts.
Proactively monitor the network and provide capacity planning, understand and identify new technology solutions
Participate in the on-call support if needed
Monitor, document, manage project progress and communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience network engineering, or relative experience
Strong Route/Switch experience and maintaining production networks, datacenter support, firewall
Experience with traditional and SDN/networking concepts, VRF, Cloud
Working knowledge firewall administration
Experience with networking analysis tools and software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with team members and customers.
Willingness to Travel if needed
CCNP preferred or similar certification plus
