Job Description

NOC Technical Support Representative – 3 Openings!

3-6 Month contract to hire

Minnetonka, MN

OPEN SHIFTS:

8:00am – 5:00pm

11:00am – 8:00pm

4:00pm-12am

Looking for 3 individuals to provide end user support to all managed IT clients.

This resource will be the first line of support for all clients. You will resolve prioritized requests while maintaining accurate and thorough documentation while completing ticketing history to document analysis, diagnosis, and resolution plus future preventive actions.

Position Requirements:

Must have 2+ years of IT/Technical Support

Experience

Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills

Must have a customer service driven mindset

Experience working within a Managed Service Provider environment is highly preferred, but not required

Must have experience completing 20-30 tickets per day

Experience with troubleshooting issues - internet connectivity, outlook

Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, VMware, VDI, Vsphere, VPN, Outlook, Exchange

CCNA, MCSE, OR Cisco Certifications are preferred, but not required
