ICS has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Manager/Director with one of our growing clients in Edina, MN!!

Our client is transforming its corporate culture and looking for a smart, innovative, and results oriented HR professional to support the transformation.

The role includes working strategically with the executive team, but also being able to tactically deliver on solutions that enable the company's strategies.

Responsibilities:

Brings forth ideas and concepts that support the organization's transformation to support a digital world

Provides exceptional business partnership to all Executive Leadership, and especially the Chief Technology Officer

Oversees outsourced technology recruiting

Assists corporate teams with recruiting process support

Determines what policies and practices are needed, and which ones inhibit employee engagement or empowerment

Facilitates the ideas of corporate employees to create a greater sense of corporate community, retention, and cross-organizational teamwork and celebration

Develops and executes on programs that support Best Place to Work environments

Must oversee the details of talent transactions, such as offer letters, and providing accurate HR data to the Finance Department, Corporate Leadership and other Corporate stakeholders

Employee relations support

Qualifications

Important experiences and desired qualifications:

Experience and enjoyment in working with high-performers who are quality and results focused

Experience in working with "Agile” work environments and/or supporting Technology teams

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and execute on multiple initiatives

High sense of quality and strong attention to detail

Strong analytical skills

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Experience and history with developing "out of the box” solutions to meet business needs

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources

Proven experience in the integration of company culture and values at all levels of an organization

Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication, as well as outstanding facilitation and presentation skills

Working knowledge of basic office software programs; previous experience with a Human
Resource Information System
