Telecom Administration Consultant
Job duties:
Consolidation of Customer IP Network (CIPN)
Internet eliminate replacement in Edison, NJ
Re-groom legacy IPC Infrastructure in Piscataway, NJ
Re-groom /remove legacy IPC Infrastructure in Piscataway
Port legacy Telephone Numbers from ICAP Harborside to our VOIP Infrastructure
Port legacy Telephone Numbers from TP Water to our VOIP Infrastructure
Port legacy Telephone Numbers from SCS Commodities to our VOIP Infrastructure
Port legacy Telephone Numbers from TP Hudson to our VOIP Infrastructure
Provisioning of BAU Telecom Services such as Private Voice & Data Circuits. Includes coordination with vendors, customers, and in-house staff
Provide users with timely status regarding progress of orders and projects
Act with integrity, care and diligence in carrying out our duties
Skills and Experience:
Basic PC skills a must! Must be proficient in full MS Office suite of applications
Must be detail oriented and must be willing to complete the administrative tasks. This will include placing orders for circuits, performing data entry and documentation
Must have a minimum of 2 years prior related IT support experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
