Job Description

Sr. Project Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager supports and improves business and technology processes by managing significant, global, multi-disciplinary programs and projects for Operations, Infrastructure, and Security.

As most initiatives impact division technology departments, this position requires a broad knowledge of the company, divisions, and key functions.

The position is responsible for the successful delivery of services which meet the defined business and technical requirements on time and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex, company-wide, technology and technology related projects.

Ensure projects in area of responsibility are executed per the Global IT Policy and
Standards Manual.

Execute project planning, budget and financial management, issues, and risk identification/ mitigation/ resolution.

Manage project budgets and financials including both capital expenditures and operating expenses (CapEx & OpEx)

Ensure concise, weekly project status reporting is provided to key stakeholders.

Manage and lead indirect staff, using strong skills in coaching and development to facilitate individual growth.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that communication is open and ongoing and that technology needs are being addressed.

Qualifications

Required
:

Minimum 10 years of IT experience

7 years of experience managing infrastructure projects, including global teams in multiple locations and time zones.

7 years of technical project management experience focused on global implementations with medium to high level of complexity.

Experience producing detailed project schedules and resource requirements.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing to C-level audiences, as well as technical audiences.

Extensive experience in project reporting, including executive level briefing.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field

Desired

PMP certification preferred, but not required.

Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with all levels of the organization and across functional and technical teams.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.
