Job Title: Index & Data Solutions Consultant
Duties: Index and Data Solutions team is responsible for the index and data strategy for the firm and the management of the commercial relationships with each provider.
Operations team within this function oversees requests and requirements for financial information and data on behalf of internal stakeholders and clients, and works with the providers to meet such needs in timely manner.
Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented self-starter who can immediately add value to the Index and Data Solutions team (IDS) by tackling challenging tasks, assisting with project deliverables, and implementing improvements to existing processes.
The role is to join our operations within Index and Data Solutions team as a Market Data Administrator specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute against set targets and year-end objectives for Budapest Operations team
Collaborate with team members on reconciliation efforts for our inventory (accounts, services and providers)
Validate existing database records across different tables with high level of accuracy
Investigate and raise contract queries with our relationship managers
Close out pending profile and entitlement reviews with our providers
Respond to clarification requests around market data billing and invoicing
Assist with review of existing process manuals and contribute with improvements
Leverage reports for upload and export workflows into firm’s market data inventory
Skills:
Experience with expense management tools and record keeping software is preferred
Literate in basic financial terms and familiar with contract or invoice language
Able to manipulate data through Excel or through third-party suites SAP, Salesforce or other
Strong communicator with good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, adaptable, with a sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines while maintaining composure and professionalism
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance or equivalent combination of education and work experience
