Project Coordinator Madison, WI $30.00 to $50.00 pay per hour DOQ We need an immediate Project Coordinator with IT / Business project experience to join our client ASAP. This Project Coordinator will support a Program Manager(s) on at least 2 large initiatives: Personal Lines Repositioning and / or a Divestiture and transition project. Will need prior experience: Set ups and documents meetings Creates and /or maintains the project schedule. Accepts time entry and maintains remaining work. Tracks defects and testing activities. Tracks project activities at a detailed level. Completes project documentation and status reports. Solid experience and comfortability using: MS Project, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, Team Foundation Server ( TFS ) , etc.
