Job Description

We are offering a full-time Administrative Asisstant opportunity with a large commerical real estate group in Miami.

Our client will provide exposure and understanding of commercial real estate and finance principles.

The commercial real estate industry is one of the most dynamic industries in Florida and this is great opportunity to get in on the ground floor

Administrative Assistant

This position actively supports a VP for a national real estate company.

Organizes and maintains file system; files correspondence and other records.

Tracks and reports tenant improvement-related reimbursements.

Review lease provisions pertaining to tenant improvement projects.

Prepares billings for bill backs to tenants for services rendered by landlord which are tenant responsibility

Send letters to tenants and pursue eviction, necessitated by severe lease violations such as non payment.

Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a collaborative manner with customers, vendors, co-workers and building management.

Exhibits the behavior of a team player, and ensures others feel part of the team.

Reports to work on time as scheduled during normal working hours consistently.

Assists with other office duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-4 years of experience assisting a C Suite Executive or Vice President level officer

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and satisfy the administrative needs of multiple leaders.

Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in reviewing & entering of financial information.

Excellent attention to detail, proven analytical ability.

Customer Service oriented person and possesses a proven record of providing excellent customer service.

Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain successful business relationships and contacts.

Proficient using Excel
