A/R Accountant
Plano, TX

Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with internal sales and external clients to analyze account issues and resolve discrepancies
Proactively manage accounts receivable process, including incoming orders, license and add-ons
Prepare monthly reports, analyze trends and effectively communicate with senior leadership
Generate invoices, post collections and research account activities in ERP system
Research discrepancies and reconcile vendor A/R statements
Collaborate with senior leadership to review and recommend improvement in workflow
Maintain proactive and adaptable demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
2-7 years of experience, software/technical industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and a major ERP system
Strong organizational and communication skills
High sense of urgency, initiative and ability to solve problems
