Project Coordinator- Installation 1 Year Contract Minnetonka, MN In this role you will be responsible for coordinating hardware installs, working with small to mid size customers. The company is in replacement mode for hardware so you will be coordinating the shipment of new devices and partnering with vendors nationwide to do these installs. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 4 years' experience in a professional capacity may be substituted Manage small deployment projects Create Statement Of Work documents for all projects Resolve complex scheduling and logistical issues Approve payment for services provided by service partners Demonstrated ability coordinating and prioritizing customer needs Proven ability to de-escalate customer issues effectively Highly organized and detail oriented Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Docs and sheets
