Contract Opportunity
Overview:
Help Desk Professional needed to provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
May require an associate’s degree in a related area and at least 3years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years minimum as a Help Desk or Desk Side professional
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Office and awesome communication skills a must
- Advanced experience with Windows 7-10
- Smart phone support experience
- A+ certified a plus but not required
- DOS
- Proficient with Mac’s
