Job Description
HRIS Administrator - Kronos Workfroce Ready
The Kronos Administrator is responsible for the development, configuration, and support for the Kronos applications. Work closely with multiple teams including business end users, internal/external application support administrators, application vendors, Payroll, HR, etc. to maintain and support the applications and interfaces.
In this position you will be the primary contact for the business, responding to and resolving issues, handling system enhancements and upgrades, reporting requirements, new system builds due to new business requirements, and day to day ongoing support to the Payroll, HR, and Operations
As a Kronos Administrator in the IT department you will be responsible for programming and administration for the Cloud WFR Kronos Time and Attendance and Integration Feeds with Workday HR
Technical point-of-contact for Operations, HR and Payroll Teams
Functional subject matter expert while ensuring data integrity
Provide support to business end user and the HR/Payroll team, research and resolve HR and
payroll system issues, and unexpected results or process flaws
Troubleshoot, identify and track software issues to ensure resolution and keep systems operational.
Maintain Kronos Interface configurations.
Develops recommendations and coordinates issue resolution with Information Technology (IT) and outside service providers based on business unit priorities.
Documents and communicates problem resolution.
Analyze current processes, tools, system or database and makes recommendations for development, improvement or simplification.
Assists business group management to develop training materials for functional areas.
Research, design and schedule standardized reports. Create ad hoc reports or data queries to support the business.
Identify and diagnose system and application errors. Perform system analysis and changes to architecture in order to identify solutions to business and technical problems
Analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test, and implement Kronos enhancements and releases
Requirements:
Must have hands on Kronos Systems Workforce Ready Administrator experience in Time and
Attendance in the area of setting up clocks, define requirements, configuration, testing, reporting, integrations feed and middleware and maintenance.
Have completed 2 full cycles of Kronos Implementations for WFR - Time and Attendance with client references
2-3 years of experience working as an implementation specialist in WFR with a Kronos certified partner or as an employee of Kronos
Workday Systems Integration experience for one of the implementations - Workday
Integration Cloud Connect Package experience and the Workday Integration Cloud platform
On site primarily with occasional working remotely
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Flexible and reliable
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
