Technical Accounting Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and preparation of quarterly reports (10-Q), annual reports (10-K)
Maintain quarterly reporting time table and monitor progress against reporting cycle milestones
Work with various personnel and departments to collect information and input into the above referenced reports; coordinate, review and collect comments on the various drafts; prepare support files; challenge the appropriateness of disclosures; complete all relevant disclosure checklists and reporting questionnaires.
Monitor the development and applicability of emerging reporting rules being deliberated by the SEC, US GAAP, PCAOB, or other regulations.
Assist with month-end close and financial statement review.
Assist with establishment, documentation, and maintenance of company accounting policies.
Assist with technical accounting research and documentation
Monitor international statutory audit needs/schedule and evaluate the final audit results.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountant
CPA
5-10 years of experience
3+ years of SEC reporting experience or public accounting
Proficient in knowledge in SEC reporting requirements
