Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
UI developer in client facing web applications, responsible for the end to end delivery of the stream
Work with other technology teams to deliver solution, in-line with the strategic end-state and overarching business requirements
Familiarity & adherence to SDLC
Working closely with both local as well as global teams across multiple areas
Essential Skills
Experience delivering client-facing web solutions preferably in fixed income space.
5-10+ years' experience in full stack software development
Very strong HTML5, JavaScript, development skills (React as primary & Angular as secondary skillset, Webpack, ES6, CSS etc)
Expert java middle tier and back end with experience in caching technology/messaging
Database programming using MS SQL
Build tools like Jenkins, Maven, ANT and source control tools like GIT/Bitbucket
Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills, proactive, self-motivated and flexible with a positive attitude
Confidence in communicating internally at all levels; candidate will be dealing with front office, middle office and technology teams on a daily basis who are both business and technically sophisticated
Excellent team-working skills, efficient at multi-tasking and be able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high-level standard
Desirable Skills
