Customer Service Representative

Coppell, TX

Contract to Hire

Immediate need for customer service representatives searching for outgoing, detail-oriented team members to build out a team and start immediately!

Responsibilities

Responsible for answering telephone call inquiries (inbound/outbound)

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job designed to help representatives achieve our goals

Build positive relationships with customers and internal employees

Maintaining minimum performance standards based on company and individual goals.

Additional requirements as needed

Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Inbound/Outbound call experience

Minimum of 50 WPM typing ability

Customer service-oriented mindset
