ICS is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, flexible & tech savvy Human Resources Generalist to join our Client's team in the Northern Suburbs. If this is you, we want to hear from you!

In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Attention to detail & the ability to multi-task is key.

Additional duties include:

Maintain & file workers compensation claims

Assisting with the payroll processing & validating data to ensure perfect payrolls

Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees

Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database

Teaming with HR staff to perform a variety of work assignments including wellness, new-hire orientations and employee relations initiatives

Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

ACA Management & compliance

Job Requirements

BA degree in Human Resources or related field

Proven experience as an HR Generalist (3 plus years)

Exceptional communication & people skills

Must be proficient in Excel, Word & familiar with Gmail and its associated applications

Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus

We are a retail business so some weekend/holiday work may be required

Fluent in Spanish
