Financial Systems Analyst Financial Systems Analyst Responsibilities: • Creating and delivering monthly financial reports in a timely manner to support CTOs and trading teams for allocation reporting • Assisting in monthly cost allocation process in addition to gathering costs, keys, and drivers across Core Engineering teams • Partnering with the Finance team to improve systems and processes related to financial reporting for Core Engineering • Documenting processes and standards for Technology Finance team • Researching opportunities for improvements for Core Engineering Financial Reporting • Determining what information is needed by CTOs and explaining numbers to non-financial managers in Core Engineering • Monitoring spending of Core Engineering teams Financial Systems Analyst Qualifications • 5 + years experience working in a Technology Finance department • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in either accounting or finance • Minor in computer science (a plus) • Attention to detail and willingness to dig into the numbers to gain key insights • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across the organization • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Tableau (a plus)
