Job Description

Technical Service-Field Support Engineer

Support the implementation and servicing of software product solutions and systems to health care organizations.

Responsibilities

Perform system installations, upgrades, updates, patches, and service to procedure and standards.

Both remotely and on customer site.

Completes and submits assigned administrative tasks including Case ticketing, CRM updates, Training, System Build and Testing Documentation, expense reporting.

Support for different servers including Windows and customer operating systems

Support product software messaging/interfacing such as HL7 v2.3 & higher

Analyze networking and systems to resolve issues and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Strong understanding of network connectivity.

Interact with customers and team members to provide expertise and grow relationships.

Requirements

Bachelors, Associates or relative technical support field experience

4+ yrs experience working with and troubleshooting Microsoft Servers and Microsoft
Windows 7/10 platforms, Microsoft Active Directory, diverse networks

Experience supporting and troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, HL7, Microsoft SQL,
Azure PostgreSQL, configuring and maintaining anti-virus software's, windows updates

Understanding or experience with supporting healthcare imaging software or devices, interfacing/implementations preferred

MCSE certification and others preferred. knowledge of Industry and Regulatory procedures preferred.

Must be able and willing to travel up to 70% of the time.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to carry equipment
