BMC Monitoring-L2 (Mandatory)

7 years administrating enterprise monitoring platforms

4 years of Python development experience in a software environment

ITSM (i.e. Incident and Change Management) experience

Experience building automations (Ansible is a plus)

Familiarity with integrating with a CMDB

Prior full stack development experience preferred (PHP is a plus)

Knowledge of current development tool chain (Jira, Jenkins, Git, etc.)

Undergraduate degree in information technology or information science or engineering preferred

Knowledge, experience and certified in SAFe (Preferred)

Automation via Ansible and Runbooks

Platform Management (Science Logic)

Dynamic App and Power Pack development

Dashboard reporting

Integration development and testing (i.e. AppDynamics or Tetration)

Client engagement
