Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for testing complex and highly integrated software systems developed in an agile/iterative development environment.

Coordinates and collaborates with QA Lead and Project team and contribute to successful delivery of projects in given timeline.

Work closely with the Business/Business Analysts/Development, Analyzing Business
Requirement Documents, formulating test plans, preparing functional and non-functional test cases, executing the tests, and fully documenting and reporting the results.

Help automation team by writing automation test cases to build up regression test suites and running them.

Prior experience working in DevOps environment leveraging Agile tools such as Jira,
Confluence, etc.

Ideal candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills with a "consulting mind set” and the ability to perform hands-on testing execution

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Experience with advanced SQL query techniques. Ability to create SQL joins between multiple tables to gather and verify data.

Experience working in an agile environment.

At Least five years QA experience in Financial Industry.

Understanding of the SDLC and STLC process.

Experience in manual testing of client Web & GUI applications.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Prior experience working in DevOps environment leveraging Agile tools such as Jira,
Confluence, Verifix and etc.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

Securities trading or fixed income experience.

BS in Computer Science or similar discipline.

Past experiences with QA Automation.

Experience in a UNIX or Linux environment.

Experience working with data, API and FIX messages
