1-year contract with good chance of extension!
Develop workflows and process plans by eliciting complex business requirements from key stakeholders through multiple processes to identify business needs, evaluate requirements and desired outcomes, analyze gap between current and future state and recommend solutions.
This will be a person who will be either 100% dedicated or partially dedicated to the project to complete process workflows and other tasks as assigned.
Flexibility to work multiple projects a must.
Insurance experience on policy, claims, and data are a must
Capable of facilitating difficult stakeholder groups for requirements elicitation
Must have finance background or knowledge of policy accounting.
They must be able to understand the life cycle of the accounting of the insurance policy- all the way through with the GL
Must have financial lingo/understanding. How does finance work? Should have Insurance background but must know how finance plays a role.
