Infinity Consulting Solutions (ICS) is currently seeking a talented Java Developer for a contract opportunity with one of our clients in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Description:
Proficient in Java J2EE application development skills as well as multiple design techniques. Working proficiency in Java J2EE development toolset to

design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks. Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test

Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security. Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages. Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software.

Required Skills / Experience:

” Advanced knowledge in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

” Proficiency in modern programming languages

” Good technical exposure to design and development of solutions using Java J2EE related technologies.

” Software development experience including, but not limited to, mature design, coding, testing and debugging skills.

” Work closely with business analyst, quality assurance, and project management resources throughout delivery of solutions.

” Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels.

” Experience with Test Driven Development/Behavior Driven Development

” Experience with DevOps model and tools

5+ years of experience Java, J2EE, experience with BitBucket, GIT, Jules, Agile, Oracle, Apache, Tomcat
